Leftover Stuffing Cakes

If you’re still craving Thanksgiving dinner and have tons of leftover stuffing, combine it with an egg and you have the perfect breakfast to satisfy your cravings.

  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pieces bacon
  1. Heat leftover stuffing in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the bacon in a pan.
  3. In a small skillet, fry the egg to desired doneness.
  4. Put stuffing in a bowl and layer with the fried egg. Have bacon on the side or layer on top of egg.
  5. Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
